The promotions include per- sonnel in its corporate offices and its regional operations, which span from New York to North Carolina to its Mid- western holdings in Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. In the last four years Solomon has added 5,000 units to its portfolio, which now numbers 20,000 units in eight states. Leda Rios , who oversees the Southeast Region, and Scott Snow , who oversees the Michigan Region, have been named managing directors, Solomon’s most senior staff level.
