Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce by Chef Terrence Tew Ingredients 1 Medium Vidalia onion, Minced
1 cup Ketchup 1/2 cup Water
2 tbsp Brown sugar 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Cider vinegar 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp Olive oil 1 Garlic clove, Minced 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Directions 1. Stir together all ingredients in a large saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
