This template may be used to prepare and issue a logbook to participants following training, in digital or printed format. It may then be used to record supervised personal workplace experience in HV operations as participants progress towards authorisation. It is not mandatory.

Training contact time includes delivery of course lesson content, practical exercises and activities directly related to these.
Note
The time for the total training day includes contact time, as well as any meals, breaks and travel between training sites (where applicable).
7.5 Instructor to Participant Ratio for High Voltage Operations Module The ratio shown for theory sessions indicates the maximum number of participants allowed to attend the course. Practical ratios indicate the maximum number of participants to be supervised at any time by an instructor during each practical activity.

7.6 Equipment for the High Voltage Operations Module
The equipment required for training as listed in Annex 1 must be available and must fulfil national legal requirements as listed where applicable.
