Demonstrate operating under different conditions, prompting the participants to suggest how they should act safely to a HV system in:

routine conditions (normal conditions)

a.ii fault conditions / emergency / alarming

a.iii a deranged or distressed state

Illustrate a range of equipment demonstrating common differences.

Illustrate a range of different types of switching, single feed and complex.

The participants shall:

Engage in asking and answering questions, and sharing understanding safe practices and principles of switching, including team communications and the hierarchy of switching.

Engage using stop and think decision making to answer questions from the instructor when facing different conditions.
