a.v access / egress challenges

a.vi other activity taking place in the area

a.vii weather, location, etc.

hazards of the task including:

b.i Dropped objects

b.ii working at height

b.iii hand-tools

b.iv power tools

b.v rotating parts of rollers

b.vi sharp edges

b.vii entrapment and crushing hazards

b.viii slips and trips
