In small groups, practice preparations of HV cable and tools in readiness for safe and effective cable pulling operation using checklists to ensure compliance with best practices.

Engage in group discussion on safe lifting operations controls and techniques that should be implemented during a typical cable pulling operation

In pairs, conduct peer reviews of fellow participants inspection / preparation checklists, compare results and discuss reflections HANDLING THE HV CABLE

The aim of this lesson is to provide participants the opportunity to identify appropriate cable handling techniques to prevent damage and ensure integrity of the installation.

After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants can:
