The Airflow Club of America will hold their 59th National Meeting in London, Ontario and will show their 1934 to 1936 Airflow cars on The Green, August 15, 9 am to 2 pm. WORTLEY PRIDE JUNE 8 • 10 am – 5 pm ON THE GREEN (Wortley and Elmwood) Family friendly celebration for Pride. Vendors, food trucks, Drag Story Time, The Saidat Show, music and more! This amazing fair was hosted on May 4th at Infinity School! One reason behind the event was our school’s belief that learning is more authentic when it’s from a real experience. Businesses run by young people came together to see which entrepreneurs could become truly successful. Some of the products included hats, art, balloons, pins, and crocheted items. Prizes were awarded in three categories by entrepreneur judges. Crochetopia won best business potential, Balloons and Pics won Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Lincoln’s Birdhouses won best booth design. The event required lots of preparation and all of the businesses here were unique to see. We hope next year there will be even more people!
