Identifying a DHD order

The easiest way to identify if the customer has a query or an issue with a DHD item is by checking the orders’ location code.

Each product line can display its location code on the system which will look like the below:

This example shows that at least one product is a DHD item which is the Wren Bunk Bed.

If your system does not display the location code, please seek advise on how to retrieve it.

How to amend contact details/address details

1. Inform the customer this may potentially alter their delivery date.

5. Leave notes explaining either customer has told you telephone number over the phone or sent in proof of new address.

Incoming Call.

8. Address Changed or Telephone Number Changed.

9. Change address/Contact details. 10. Copy notes from above. 11. Function. 12. Task Activity. 13. Blue box.

14. Change address on General and Delivery tab 15. Change telephone number on Communication tab 16. Email Supplier which can be found on the DHD contact page & include the STKPO.
