You must update the “collection location code” column on vision to 0C02 for any bedding items you want to send out via courier to your customer.
If this is not done, the items you’ve raised will not be sent!
Branch stock to be delivered
You must put the Store code, e.g. “B001” in the “ Branch stock ” column if the customer has purchased store clearance or blue cross items which the customer wishes to have collected from store and delivered to their home. You should never have store clearance or BC items on a web order, store can also only sell their own stock.

If the customer has taken any products from the store whether that’s bedding items or a mattress, you need to put the stores code in the collection location column.
This will then show the customer has taken these items directly from the store.
