In some cases, customers may prefer to collect bedding items directly from the store. Additionally, there are times when the store needs to add these items to an existing order. This can be necessary to secure the delivery date or to accommodate orders that have already been delivered.
1. Create a parts order
2. Add the required product/s. 3. Change the Collection Location Code to OC02. 4. Discount the item with the relevant discount.
5. Arrange a Duty Manager Form for CSC to request they do not ship the item and to arrange a transfer to the store you have arranged it with.
