Bedcover Policy
Below is how you identify whether an item has bedcover or not, you should always be checking the order for bedcover if the customer is outside their 1-year manufacturing guarantee.
If there are VCS notes that show BC CLAIM, under no circumstances should you be arranging an exchange, this is to be dealt with our Bedcover team only.
If you are on a call, you can transfer them to CS Bedcover if the customer has made their decision, give the customer 01494 415 372 to call direct if they haven’t and need to call back. Or you can email TYGReplace@dreams.co.uk for the team to call the customer direct (on a Saturday& Sunday for example), do not give this email to customers .
Cooling off period and cancellation Customers have 45 days from day of delivery to cancel their Bedcover policy; you would arrange the refund via removing a service post delivery guide.
