Deaded In Error
At times, our DSC dead orders in error, this means the order on vision will show as delivered however the crew have taken the products back.
If this happens, you will select Deaded In Error in your Log and explain the goods have not been delivered.
If the crew have not called this in and there are no notes, you must call the DSC to confirm it is deaded in error, ensure you VCS the DSC have confirmed this.
By selecting Deaded in Error for your Log Reason, then confirming in your notes the order is DIE, you would exchange the entire order.
The crew know there is nothing to collect in this instance.
