To send a call back request for a TV or Tech bed, please first make sure you’re only sending a call back request if the issues are relating to the mechanicals of the bed, e.g. Lifting mechanisms of the TV Unit or Sleep-Motion Bases, issue with connectivity e.g. remotes losing sync or issues with sounds.
