• First select ‘Report An Issue’ & ‘Tech Bed (TV Beds, Sleepmotion, Sound Bed) from the two top drop- down menu’s.

• Fill in the customers details, make sure you double check with the customer that the contact details on the order are still current. If the details have changed at all, please make sure you supply the current up to date details.

• Supply a brief descriptions as to what the issue is and what you would like the tech team to assist with. Try and supply as much detail as possible to help the team more efficiently deal with the issues.
