• Once you’ve finished filling out the form in full, please click the submit button at the bottom. Please advise the customer that they can expect a call back within 72 business hours. Please make sure you have also updated VCS logs accordingly.
• Once you have submitted the request, the customer will be sent an email confirming the request has been raised and they will also be given a unique ticket number which we can use for reference.
• Please let the customer know someone will be in touch within the 72 hour period.
