Raising A Comfort Exchange
1. Enter the main Vision menu and search for the customer’s order number.
2. Open the customer’s order.
3. Ensure you are checking the customer's date; our t&c’s state the customer should use their Mattress for 30 nights for settlement. If a customer is experiencing issues, you are welcome to reduce this amount to 15 days as goodwill, if the customer requests it sooner, please ask customer services to authorise this.
4. Click VCS to write your notes and arrange the exchange. 5. Select “Comfort Exchange” as your Log Reason. 6. Select “Customer” as your Fault. 7. Select the Mattress the customer is wishing to exchange. 8. Write your VCS notes, including what Mattress the customer wants to exchange too.
9. Select “Exchange” for your Action. 10. Select “SRET Raised” for your Task. 11. Select “Comfort Exchange” for your Activity Reason. 12. Paste your VCS notes. 13. Functions > Task Activity.
