24. You will need to check your SRET in case the customer received any discounts from stores, head to the main order and your “Customer Service” tab.
25.Click the 1 to the right of your SRET, then the down arrow. 26. Click “Line” > “Card” at the bottom right of your screen.
27. If you see a “Store Discretionary” or a “10% UTC” discount code on your SRET, you will need to void this.
28.Click the discount line. 29. Click “Line” > “Void Line”.
