Replacing A Mattress

Ensure you check your “Customer Service” Tab, if there have been any replacements/exchanges raised, it will show there.

1. Open your order & head to VCS. 2. Select “Defective Mattress” for your Log reason. 3. Not Applicable / No fault is your only option for Fault.

4. Select the Mattress in question. 5. The next step will give you Reason for Parts, select the closest reason to what the fault is, avoid using “Others”

6. Select your Contact Call. 7. Select “Exchange” for your Action. 8. Select “SRET Raised” for your Task. 9. Select “Dreams – Defective” if this is a DBF Mattress – Select “Supplier – Defective” if this is a supplier Mattress. 10.Paste your notes.

11.Click Functions > Task Activity.
