12.Select No for Bedcover/TYG Claim drop down and click continue. 13. Click “Add Items”. 14. Enter quantity required in “Qty to Return”. If there is Bedcover under the Mattress, make sure you add this. 15.Click OK.
16. Click “Next Step” for step 1. 17.Click the up arrow for step 2 under Return Reason Code. 18.Click Faulty. 19.Click OK. 20.Click Next Step.
