15.You will need to enter the quantity to what is needed to be replaced, see above as an example. 16. Remember to always include assembly when replacing bed frames or divans. If the customer didn’t purchase assembly beforehand, you will need to add this on. By clicking Not on order within the purple box for “Item Lookup Mode”, then “Add Items” you can type in the assembly SKU code and add manually.

17.Once your items are added, click next step. 18.Select Faulty for Step 2, then next step.

19.For step 3, click next step, do not use inspection source for any reasons. 20. Select Yes for the “Exchange Required” drop down, then next step. 21.Click the Item Description column at the top. 22.Click Confirm & Create Documents.

23. If you are exchanging to a different bed frame or divan, you will need to include the whole frame on your SRET, then amend to the new frame on your SO.
