Arranging A DSC Inspection
• A DSC (Delivery Service Centre) Inspection is a service we offer where our customers may experience issues with their bed frames. We do not use DSC inspections to check Mattresses.
If our customer has got in touch and explained, ‘I have issues with squeaking or their bed frame does not feel stable’, we can arrange a DSC inspection for our crew to visit their property and check over the frame.
In most cases the bolts are in need to be tightened which is something we should always prompt our customer first and ask if they’ve done this.
• A DSC inspection on vision allocates our Paragon team 15 minutes per visit therefore, it is always best to add on an assembly code to give them extra time if they need to reassemble any parts of the bed.
• The crew will call in to our Customer Delivery Team if replacement parts are required and a report from the inspection will be made which our Delivery Service Centre will have if you need to request it for any reason.
1. Enter the main Vision menu and search for the customer’s order number. 2. Open the customer’s order.
