Arranging Bedding/Softs

There are a few reasons why we arrange softs, this could be down too;

• Fault • Incorrect bedding item received • Gesture of goodwill • Lost in transit

Our customers can return any bedding items within 14 days from purchase/delivery if they are in the original packaging and unused.

If their original order has no shipped items, please check the delivery date first as your amendment will remove their date. If you have a shipped line on the order, you can create a parts order from this and add the bedding item on.

When to know if a bedding item is shipped?

- Vision will display “Shipped” in the Delivery Status column.

- If this is not shown on your order, the item has not been sent yet.

1. Open your order. 2. Click on the bedding item you need to re raise. 3. Click Functions at the bottom right of your screen. 4. Click “Create Parts Order”.
