7. An SO will have been created for you. 8. Blue box the order. 9. Add the SKU code for the bedding item you need.
10. Double click the area under the “Collection Location Code” column, it will highlight for you to free type. 11.Free type OC02 (Oscar, Charlie, Zero, Two) 12.Press enter. 13.Discount the product via Line > Apply discount, with either customer services or the relevant discount code found on the original order.
The order will now be sent to CSC for the bedding item to be sent, which will take 7-10 days.
