• If you come across orders that show a ticket in the Auto Pay and Take column and the beginning of your order number with a B in front under the Collection Location Code column, this means the customer has physically taken the item from store – If they wish to return within 14 days, they must take it back to store.
Customer services do not deal with Pay & Take orders/items & can only be dealt with in store.
Customer returning bedding items, placed online:
The customer will have received a returns label within their parcel, direct them to this to process a return and once we’ve received the product back, a refund will be processed.
If the customer does not have the returns label, please check quick links. This will be shown as “Softs returns label”, email this to the customer and they will process the return.
If you require to chase CSC/Oak Court Road for any bedding items or to send a receipt where the customer has returned, but no SRET raised please use the Duty Manager Request Form to send your query.
