Arranging A Vision Parts Order
There will be many parts we offer for specific bed frames. It is best practise to check our parts list and see if we have what is needed available, and if we do arrange them on vision and update our customer accordingly.

By clicking CTRL > F, you will filter the spreadsheet and by typing the bed frames name, it will show a list of parts and by pressing enter you can scroll through them.
At the bottom of the spreadsheet, there are other tabs which are more specific with what you may need.
Checking the products assembly instructions can really help determine what the part is and what comes in the fixing kit or if it comes within a box, ensure you go through this to resolve the issue correctly. There is a Quick Link which will take you to a list of Assembly Instructions.
Some bed frames will require BAS forms. If the supplier is Importas, Kaydian, Scandinavian House or Wiemann please raise a BAS form.
