6. Head to the customer service tab and open your SO, you will see to the right where highlighted. These are your indications that this is a parts order, you do not change this.
7. Click Functions > Reopen.
8. Blue box the order and add in the required parts code and add quantity.
9. C lick the blue box again to close the order and then select ‘Functions’ > ‘Release’. The order will now be sent to the parts department for dispatch within 48 hours.
10.Head back to the main order to enter your VCS notes. 11.Click the bottom reference number.
12.Below is already done for you when arranging a parts order, highlight the comments and remove them, then add your own, you do not need to do this on the activity line as it won’t allow you too.
