Our Story Transformative Wellness was founded by Dr. Jason Harris on the belief that our community deserves access to innovative mental health and chronic pain treatments. We saw too many patients cycling through traditional medications and therapies without finding meaningful relief, and we knew there had to be a better way. That belief led us to open our doors and offer advanced, evidence- based treatments like IV ketamine infusions, SPRAVATO, and TMS therapy right here at home. What started as our commitment to filling a gap in local healthcare has grown into a trusted practice where patients from across the region come to reclaim their lives. Every day, we are inspired by the courage of the people who walk through our doors and the transformations we get to witness. We treat a wide range of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and suicidal
ideation. We also provide relief for chronic pain conditions such as CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), migraines, fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain, and restless legs syndrome.
