CHAIRMAN MESSAGE
Happy Eid Mubarak Eid al Adha, “the festival of sacrifice”, marks the completion of Hajj. A day when we contemplate, celebrate and remember our prophets. The magnificent sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (as) and his son Prophet Ismail (as) gives us the lifelong lessons of obedience, submission and servitude in front of one’s God. I also pray for the safe return of all the hujjaj who are on this spiritual journey this year, may they return safe and with an elevated spirit. May God Grant each and every one of us the chance to perform this Divine and obligatory act of submission at least once in our lifetimes. Ameen. On the auspicious day of Eid al Adha, On behalf of The BGN team, I would like to wish you and your families a very happy Eid Mubarak. May Allah (swt) shower His blessings in your lives. Ameen This month of July also brings our Independence day and it brings no less joy to wish all my fellow Americans and BGN members a very Happy Independence day. I still would like to remind us all as we enjoy our day with our loved ones; having hot dogs, hamburgers and apple pies, of the sacrifices it took to get here. Enjoy your time today and always remember and pay tribute to those who made it possible for us to be here with our friends and families feeling safe. As we celebrate Independence Day, I want to express my gratitude to the men and women and their families who serve our nation. Thank you for keeping this nation of opportunity and hope safe.
