If you’re into recyclable material go for sustainable edits, find boutiques that make buttons or zippers out of recycled material, even clothes too, and only buy clothes that you can see you yourself lovingly wearing the same time of the year next year. Try to find option where there seem to be none!

It is essential that you check what material your clothes are made of, when you’re buying them. Some fabrics, especially synthetic ones, are to be completely avoided because of their carbon emission, but we can’t give up on them skinny jeans, can we? So go for clothing items that we can be sure to wear for a couple of years at least. Like a good pair of jeans. Perhaps the most common of all options and the most fun as well. You go from buying a shirt worth 500 -700 dollars to 50 dollars with the difference of one shopping district. Perhaps the most sustainable of all, this saves a lot of trash creation because one outfits can be passed on to many people if it’s in mint condition. If you have your own outfits to sell and have a list of what you need to buy, your visit can be very smooth, as thrift shops tend to be a bit crowded.
