We have thousands of two faced back stabbing friends whom we trust as keeping a green serpent under the carpet. The backstabbers always seek to gain trust then exploit ones weaknesses; usually involves some form of flattery on their part, beyond the mean and unbelievable betrayal of trust by the last person on earth whom one confides faith. Julius Caesar who was lured by his senators to the capital Rome, the conspirators flattered Julius Caesar and once he entered the senate, was stabbed to death. The fall of Caesar by Brutus is literally given to aware the worst backstabbers are the ones whom we believe in. Shakespeare has used these words, ‘You too Brutus’, to create the phenomenal theatrical effect, as asking in the process of murdering Caesar, as the most moving utterances ever made. Backstabs are complex moves. Backstabbing friends are afraid of their insecure status which drives them to indulge in such worthless acts they will repent for their actions a day. We all have experienced jaw dropping moments of betrayal where best friends secretly trash-talk each other, or someone is dating two people at once, or some other painful secret is revealed. The disastrous disloyalty could have been avoided if people communicate honestly, a dysfunctional, non-communication doesn’t work out too well, absolutely terrible, sadly much more cruelty. The awful treacherous behavior is always horrifying of lovers, family members, and political leaders. Beware of social climbers. One has to be on the lookout for friends who might dip once they get a little bit of success and popularity. True friends will stick around no matter what. One never has to wear ones heart on the business shirt sleeve as professionally big changes are undergoing but keep a focused lookout in rearviewmirror. The disquieting situation of being ghosted out incapacitate ones faculties; one shouldn’t treat oneself with substance abuse. We may draw a line to mark the end as to concede oneself to call it over. In the story of Red Riding Hood, the big, bad wolf is the symbol for fear in its many forms specifically embodies the fear of losing trust and integrity; backstabs are quite painful to outweigh the losses from fear. Those who walk softly and confidently like the cunning wolf who dress up like the beloved granny but underneath carry a big knife while you are picking up blossoms for the hidden foe whose pretence affirms that the wolf is the loved one. When dealing with back stabbers, it's important to maintain the positive sense of self and assess the situation carefully. Don't overreact or react too quickly before the existing state of affairs, particularly with regard to social or political issues. A dramatic upheaval is better than keeping the status quo as learn to evaluate the odds of a dice roll and remove yourself from the grapevine; never maintain a ‘holier than thou’ attitude. We have to play with the perspective in the bigger picture with the anticipation to find a silver lining. The bleak situations are not the end of our lives, despite the troubles, one may always realizes that no predicament is everlasting, and there is a heart of gold beneath the fire of agony. The basic fundamental law is none of us are exempted from experiencing betrayal but positivism may enhance ones wisdom and strength which can be effective as double edged sword against all treachery and infidelity. ‘ET TU BRUTE’ ‘YOU TOO BRUTUS?’
