Ornamental Weed control Freehand® 1.75G herbicide is the granular product of choice when it comes to preemergent control of annual grasses, broadleaves and sedges in ornamentals. It is a combination of two active ingredients that provide up to 10 weeks of weed control to eliminate the need for hand weeding. One or two applications during the growing season, depending on length of season, will deliver ornamentals that any superintendent would be proud of.
