General Information CASE STUDIES There are four key factors that influence your investment ranges for an outdoor living project. These factors are: Scope, Method, Scale, and Materials. SCOPE Scope refers to the breadth and complexity of the project. It includes all the features and elements a client wants to incorporate, such as pools, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, or landscaping. A larger or more intricate scope often requires more time, resources, and expertise, which directly impacts the investment. Defining the scope early helps align the vision with the budget. METHOD The method describes how a project is executed. At High Prairie, we use the Legacy Method, which sets us apart by prioritizing craftsmanship, precision, and longevity. While there are numerous ways to build outdoor features, our Legacy Method focuses on superior techniques and materials to ensure a lasting result that exceeds industry standards. This approach may require a higher initial investment but delivers unmatched durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. SCALE Scale relates to the size and dimensions of each scope item. For example, the size of a pool, the length of a garden wall, or the expanse of a patio significantly influences costs. Larger features require more materials, labor, and time, increasing the investment. Scaling design elements thoughtfully helps balance functionality, beauty, and budget. MATERIALS Material selection plays a critical role in determining investment. Presentation at Studio If you wish to reserve a spot on the schedule, a signed contract and retainer will be required. 4. Project Planned + Crafted Finalize materials and order. Selections are final once approved and ordered. Your project team creates a project plan complete with milestones and target tasks. Our team creates your new space, you see every step with our project web platform. 5. Project Completion + After Care Transformation Complete! Enjoy!
