Low level disruption, untidiness, being constantly reminded by staff, talking after lights out, helping themselves to tuck, keeping tuck in their cupboard, running around, horseplay
STAGE 1 Teacher sanction
Poor behaviour continues after a teacher sanction, other poor behaviour including: bad language, not handing in electronics before lights out, horseplay after lights out
STAGE 2 Boarding minus
STAGE 3 Boarders – gating Flexi boarders – banned from Colstocks
Three minuses in one term, more serious behaviour: physical aggression, extreme bad language, bullying, blatant defiance or rudeness towards staff
STAGE 4 SLT time
Two stage 3 sanctions in one term
STAGE 5 Behaviour plan
Two stage 4 sanctions in one term
STAGE 6 Headmaster’s time
Further sanctions received in a term
STAGE 7 Suspended/ school place reviewed/ excluded
Further poor behaviour or a serious incident
