INDUSTRY News Netceed at the FTTH Conference 2025 with workshop, presentation and live demos

“Key Drivers to Decarbonise FTTH Networks: Strategies for a Sustainable Future” (location and time to follow) as a “Voice of the Industry”. The session will highlight the urgency of transitioning to sustainable practices in FTTH networks to reduce the negative environmental impact of the telecoms industry. Théo explores strategies to decarbonise fibre optic ecosystems by addressing key aspects such as eco-friendly product design, automations in network operation and equipment lifecycle management. He will highlight approaches to minimise carbon footprints through sustainable material use and production methods, advanced systems that enhance operational efficiency while reducing emissions, and initiatives to extend equipment lifecycles and reduce waste. By showcasing practical, scalable solutions, this session provides valuable insights for network operators and stakeholders seeking to align with global sustainability goals while maintaining high performance and cost-effectiveness.
