Using a 750-kilowatt load bank, the company performs true DC-to-DC load testing, fully discharging batteries and returning performance data to clients. “There’s a two percent failure rate on newly manufactured batteries,” Hershey explains. “That two percent is enough to bring down the house.”
Testing removes uncertainty.
