DISCOVERY SQUAD Discovery Squad is High Prairie Outdoors’ proprietary professional development and leadership course designed to cultivate purpose- driven leaders through intentional learning , self- awareness, and collaborative growth. Held bi- monthly, the three-hour sessions blend expert teachings—drawing from influential thinkers like John Maxwell and Simon Sinek—with actionable strategies . Each cohort dives into a rotating curriculum focused on core leadership skills, including 5S organization, mastery of daily SOPs, and communication frameworks. With interactive group breakouts, the course fosters peer learning, individual accountability, and the shared pursuit of excellence across all levels of the organization. Discovery Squad is more than a training—it’s a mindset shift. It empowers team members , equipped with the tools to lead with clarity, empathy, and strategic discipline. Whether participants are seasoned managers or emerging team members, each session is designed to elevate their ability to lead themselves and others with integrity and impact, creating ripple effects that elevate the company’s culture, client experience, and long-term success.
