BUDGETARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

3. To be accountable for the planning and preparation of annual budgets for all designated services and teams and to proactively review, analyse and report on monthly management accounts in-line with organisational and departmental expectations.

1. To be accountable for a capital & revenue budget of approx. £15m and £10m respectively per annum for Estates Services across Sussex Police and Surrey Police. 2. To be accountable for the management of approx. £5m per annum for Estates Services (Strategy & Maintenance) across East Sussex Fire & Rescue.
