Executive Summary
Reporting to the Service Director, the role is responsible for leading and being accountable for the development and delivery of a number of strategic and technical services across Surrey Police and Sussex Police, with strategic oversight for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Services, including: • Property Strategy development and oversight. • Capital and Revenue Projects and Works - Planning and Delivery. • Project Management from inception to completion.
• Management of in-house and outsourced maintenance teams. • Statutory maintenance. • Mechanical and electrical engineering, building fabric and civil engineering maintenance – Planned, Reactive and Forward Planned. • Space planning. • Health and Safety and Statutory Compliance.
