Youth Programs and Summer Camps

July Get Messy! Art Camp Grades 2–6 Day Camps, July 9–12, 9am–2pm registration is per day, on the day(s) of your choice We welcome kids to unleash their creativity without inhibition. They will experiment with clay modeling, painting, marbling, free form sculp- tures, beading, and much more.

weekly Story and Craft Every Saturday at 11am included with admission

Full STEAM Ahead! Grades 2–6

Day Camp, July 23–26, 9am–2pm Weeklong Camp, July 30–August 2, 9am–2pm choose registration for the week or by day(s) Over four themed days, campers take on nature-based STEAM challenges through printmaking, Rube Goldberg machine building, and electronic circuit crafting.

Story and Craft is a fun read-aloud program every Saturday for kids ages 3–7. We’ll read an illustrated children’s book together, then do a craft activity related to the story. Come for the story, the craft, or both. for educators/programmers Summer Field Trips August 14–30 morning or afternoon sessions MAC field trips bring art, history, and culture to life. Students engage with our exhibitions through guided tours that complement and enhance your summer youth programs.

MAC to Basics: Art Adventures Grades 3–7 Weeklong Camp, July 16–19, 9am–2pm registration is for the whole week In this weeklong fine arts camp, kids explore drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpting using diverse materials and techniques. All skill levels are welcome.
