We’re proud to back our homes with an industry-leading 2-10 Warranty, ensuring peace of mind for our homeowners. Our commitment to excellence begins at the foundation with post-tension slabs, aqua-pex plumbing, and long-lasting termite protection.

Every home is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel GE appliances, complete with an ENERGY STAR dishwasher. The Retreat boasts a gourmet kitchen package, showcasing a double oven (pictured). This premium kitchen option is also offered as an upgrade in our other communities.
