Our goal is to keep our classes inspiring, useful, affordable & accessible while honoring the time, energy, and knowledge our teach- ers come to share. We celebrate folk knowledge and nature’s wisdom while providing supportive and practical knowledge. Our core teacher network has been built relationship by relationship. We have slowly connected as a constellation over many years - and we continue to grow over time. It is our honor and our dream to have the opportunity to do this work! the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica. We learn traditional cooking, and enjoy our amazing meals together! We go on local medicinal plant walks, visit local Indigenous agro ecological farms, learn traditional chocolate making and more! Our programs center the voices of local Indigenous and Afro Costa Rican community members, and offer a restorative experience build - ing connections with other land-based communities worldwide. In ad- dition to local offerings, we also host guest instructors on topics such as Flower Essence Practitioner Trainings, Astrological Herbalism, Ca - ribbean Herbalism, as well as our most popular Foundations in Herb- alism Certificate Program as well. Herbalism for Kids In 2020, we began to more

intentionally serve our commu- nity of youth with KidsHerb - alism.com. This very special project was born with the in- tention of helping our future generations grow side by side in relationships with the plants, earth, and community. Children engage through their senses for a truly embodied learning expe- rience. We hope to plant seeds for children’s imaginations to flourish, whether it be by creat - ing flower crowns to use during

imaginative play with their favorite plant allies, creating art with their food (like pizza, pictured), making natural paint brushes, or creating herbal teas and oxymel. This program is one of our favorites! Through this sweet virtual global learning village we offer brand new weekly classes for youth, plus access to our extensive class library and activity guides on all things herbalism, cooking, gardening, and nature connection. We know having a strong imagination helps us to be curious, see possibilities, and create solutions to overcome prob- lems in our personal lives and together in community..
