Healthy Jamaican Stir-Fry Cabbage: 1 tsp. olive oil ½ half cabbage finely chopped 2 garlic cloves chopped 2 medium sized carrots chopped 1 tomato chopped Mixed peppers 4 spring onion stalks 1 white onion finely chopped A pinch each of salt, coast pepper, all-purpose seasoning, and mixed herbs.
Pour the oil into a frying pan and add the rest. Fry for 10 to 15 min - utes while stirring. Remove from heat and serve. Prep time is 25 minutes; serves 3 persons.
