E nd Time Ministries International is a local, Bible believing, Bible preaching, Bible living, Bible teaching New Testament Church. A church is not a building, or an ecclesiastical Hierarchy, but a local called-out body of believers in Jesus Christ assem- bled together. We assemble for praise, worship, teaching, preaching, inspiration, winning of the Lost, and for food for the soul to remember. End Time is an organism of regenerated persons who have been baptized on profession of their faith in Jesus Christ. They are united in covenant for worship, instruction, the observance of our Christian ordinances, and for service to the Lord. End Time Ministries International is a non-denomination church. End Time Ministries International is distinctly a Fellowship as defined herein: A Fellowship, which embraces all ministries, churches, individuals, or other constituents that acknowledge and accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. End Time Ministries International is inclusive to all baptized believers who acknowledge and accept the gifts of the Holy Spirit. End Time Ministries International is in communion with all who agree and are willing to abide by the set forth structure outlined both in the vision of the Fellowship, and the policies implemented thereof. What is a non-denominational church? What do non-denominational churches believe?" Answer: This question really has sev- eral answers, and they can be either simple or complex. The simplest answer is that a non-denominational church is any church which is not part of a larger denomination. A denomination is a church organization that exercises some sort of authority over the local churches that comprise it. Exam- ples of denominations are Southern Baptist, Episcopal, Wesleyan, Methodist, etc. Non-denominational churches go by many different names and hold to a wide variety of beliefs. Why do some churches choose to be non-denominational? Though the answers will vary somewhat, a major consideration is the freedom to direct the ministry and teaching of the local church with- out interference or control from without. When we look to the Bible, the evidence points to each church as self-governing and answerable directly to God Himself. In the book of Acts, where we read of the first missionary journeys and the establishment of many churches, there is no indication of a hierarchy of authority beyond the local elders of the church. Some people point to the Jerusalem council in Acts 15 as a pattern for denominational structure, but it is nothing of the sort. The Gentiles had been given the gospel under the ministry of Paul and Barnabas, by the direct authority of the Holy Spirit (Acts 13:2; 15:7). The churches established in that first journey were left under the care of elders (Acts 14:23) from their own ranks, after having been taught by Paul and Barnabas. When the council was called at Jerusalem, it was not because of any question of organizational structure or control, but to discuss doctrinal matters about what constitutes salvation (Acts 15:5-6). The apostles who had been directly commissioned by Jesus were the only people who could properly address the question au- thoritatively. When a church is non-denominational, does that mean it has no need of other churches? That may be the belief of some, but it is certainly not the example we find in Scripture. The book of Acts and the New Testament Epistles make it clear that the churches communicated with one another regularly. As Paul and his companions made their missionary journeys, it was not uncommon for the believers to send letters to the other churches (Acts 18:27), or to greet one another through his letters (Romans 16:16). Likewise, when there was a great need, the 6 | What is End Time Ministries International?

churches worked interdependently to meet that need—for ex- ample, the collection for the famine in Jerusalem (Acts 11:29; 2 Corinthians 8:4). The various churches of the New Testament, though indepen- dent, self-governing bodies, were definitely connected in fellow- ship and cooperative ministry, giving us an example to follow today. The measure of any church, whether inside or out of a denomination, is not how it is organized nor what name it is called, but rather how faithfully it adheres to the teachings of the Word of God. No church is inerrant, because churches are made of people who are capable of error. Even the apostles, with all the gifts God gave them, were not without error. Paul records in Galatians 2:11 that “when Peter came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he was clearly in the wrong.” Peter, the first to give the gospel to a Gentile, gave in to pressure by the Judaizers to separate himself from Gentile believers. Paul's ability to confront Peter was not based on his position as an apostle, but on the revealed truth of God's Word. Paul complimented the believers in Berea (Acts 17:11) for checking his own teaching against the Bible to find out if he was telling them straight doctrine. All believers need to be like the Bereans, checking what we are taught against the Word of God to find out if those things are so. If our church is out of line with God's Word, we must lovingly, patiently give instruction or correction. If it will not be correct- ed, then we should seek out a church that is faithfully obeying God's Word. There are no specific Bible verses that mention non-denomina- tional churches, as the concept of denominations did not exist during the time of the Bible. However, here are some Bible verses that talk about unity and the importance of focusing on Christ rather than denomina- tional differences: 1 Corinthians 1:10 (NIV) says, “I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divi- sions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.” Ephesians 4:3 (NIV) says, “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.”

John 17:20-23 (NIV) says, “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” Yours in Christ

AS I SEE THE VISION FOR OUR MINISTRY IN 2024

10 |

end time ministries intl. Call: (608) 257-1750 6200 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716

As I See the Vision for Our Ministry in 2024

• I see a ministry that is focused on our Gracious God and wanting daily, weekly and every year to become more like Him. • I see a ministry that is fully resourced because we look to God (and totally trust Him) for those resources. • I see a ministry in which there are no short measures, no “making do” but only the best is offered. • I see a ministry that is giving more and living on less. • I see a ministry that is praying and trusting God more and fearing less. • I see a ministry that is alive and exporting that life, sharing the fire of God’s love: a generous church that seeks to bless other churches, outreach ministries andindividuals. • I see a ministry that is constantly being poured out— and thus constantly being re-filled. • I see a ministry that is growing numerically, financially and in maturity. I see years of unanswered prayers being answered. • I see breakthroughs, healings, deliverance, and miracles taking place in our church like never yet before and we can only explain it by saying “Our Gracious God did that!” • I see more men and women will hear and

respond to the call of God on their lives. Some will go to serve him in other states and cities, some will go into full-time ordained minis- try, some will take radical risks with their jobs, their home, their future…. Who knows what? • I see our ministry rising up to meet the challenges of serving the community we live in and where we are less concerned about simply meeting our own needs.

I see full promises and possibilities be- cause we serve a Gracious God and He has made us a Generous Church.

I urge you to share this vision with me in this coming year and years.

Our Core Values

• We are committed to each other as members of the family of faith. • We are committed to sharing our finances, time, and talents.

• We are committed to sharing the Good News. • We are committed to the community around us. • We are committed to the family (with all the 21st century variations) from cradle to grave. • We are committed to active participation with other communities of faith. • We will strive earnestly to study and grow on our theological journey. • We are committed to a shared leadership model. • We are a Christ-centered church...we believe God calls us to be centered in Christ. • We value women in leadership...we believe God calls us to fol low women and men. • We value service to God, other members, and the com munity...we believe that God calls us to be servant leaders. • We value strong Biblical study…we believe that God calls us to study the whole scripture. • We value the whole Bible; we believe that God re veals the Bible as our source of faith.

• We value acceptance...we believe God calls us to reach out to and welcome all persons, creed, nationality, race, and gender in Jesus' name. • We are committed to public worship, prayer, and celebration for the glory of God. • We are committed to each person’s spiritual growth.

What We Do...

Challenge Denominational Traditions The challenge is to be Biblical rather than traditional. As we investigate the Truths of Scripture, we embrace the Gospel, and recognize that God has ordained this fellowship. We believe that children of God have the “Right to Choose” to operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Additionally, because the Holy Spirit offers these gifts to the believer ... without regard to gender … End Time Ministries International affirms the role of Women in Ministry. These roles include women as pastors, preachers, deacons, elders, teachers, and bishops. Assist Struggling Churches End Time Ministries International is committed to assisting Churches, which are in need of restoration, upon request. In addi- tion to financial assistance, we may offer organizational advice and Christian Education to rebuild congregations with a sound Christian Foundation. Address Social Needs The community depends upon the leadership and foresight of the Church. End Time Ministries International is committed to assisting socially disenfranchised individuals, whether it’s a food bank, clothes closet, or other service. End Time will find ways to meet the physical needs of those in the community and by meeting their physical needs, it will open the door to sharing Jesus with them. Nurture Worship Environments The commitment to a worship environment, which allows The Holy Spirit to flow in its Fullness, is a passion of our ministry. Praise and Worship leads us to the very throne of God, where healing, deliverance, and life-changing power are available. Through Corporate Praise we experience the jubilation of being one with the Body of Christ. Corporate Worship allows the believer to enter into the “Holiest of Holies” to personally commune with our Most High God! Generate Independent Institutions The commitment of End Time Ministries International isnot just to be financially independent but our goal is to cultivate busi- nesses ordained by God and supported by our fellowship. Other projects include, but are not limited to: Senior Citizen Housing, Homes for At-Risk Youth and After School Community Centers. Educate, Equip and Evangelize The Vision to Educate, Equip and Evangelize involves every aspect of our Ministry. Weekly, Christian Education classes are held for all attendees to obtain the knowledge to become equipped to do the work of the ministry. The local church will grow only if every member is equipped to exercise his or her Spiritual Gifts, in order that the Body functions as one with Christ as the Head. As the church grows, it must be actively engaged in the Ministry of Evangelism to win the lost at any cost as stated in our church mission statement. As a Fellowship, creative ways of reaching the lost include utilizing the innovation of the Internet, as well as capitalizing upon other media technological advances.

End Time Ministries International’s Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway: SPREADING JOY AND SUPPORT IN THE COMMUNITY

E nd Time Ministries is gearing up to distribute 500 Thanksgiving baskets to families in need this Saturday, showcasing a significant expansion from previous years. Led by Bishop Dr. Godfrey Stubbs, the senior pastor of End Time Ministries International, the event promises to provide essential holiday meals for community members facing challenges. Over the past three years, End Time Ministries and its partners have facilitated Thanksgiving events, distributing baskets loaded with traditional Thanksgiving meal components to families across the Madison area. This year, with the support of various local groups such as Warming Hands Residential Services LLC, Families Back To The Table, and High Point Church, the initiative aims to reach an impressive milestone of 500 turkeys alongside complemen- tary items like corn, green beans, mac & cheese, cake mix, stuffing, and sweet potatoes. Reflecting on the growth and impact of the program, Bishop Stubbs highlights the increased partnerships that have enabled them to expand their reach significantly. In previous years, the demand for Thanksgiving baskets often exceeded supply, prompting collaborative efforts with organizations like the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County to ensure no family was left without a meal. With careful planning and increased support, End Time Ministries is now positioned to fulfill their ambitious goal of providing 500 complete Thanksgiving dinners to those in need. The Thanksgiving basket distribution is just one among several community-focused initiatives orchestrated by End Time Ministries International. From distributing backpacks at their annual Back 2 School event to organizing Christmas meals and Holiday Gift Bags during the festive season, the ministry consistently demonstrates a commit- ment to supporting and uplifting the community. Pastor Shelia Stubbs, wife of Bishop Dr. Godfrey Stubbs and a dedicated state representative, expresses her anticipa- tion and gratitude for the upcoming event. She emphasizes the importance of community collaboration in ensuring the success and inclusivity of such initiatives, especially during times of economic strain and hardship. As the holiday season approaches amid ongoing financial challenges and inflationary pressures, the Thanksgiving basket giveaway stands as a beacon of hope and support for local families. Through the collective efforts of volun- teers, community partners, and faith-based organizations, End Time Ministries continues to exemplify the spirit of generosity and service, making a tangible difference in the lives of those they touch. End Time Ministries International's commitment to serving the community through acts of kindness and compas- sion underscores the transformative power of collective action and benevolence. As they prepare to spread joy and warmth through Thanksgiving baskets, they invite individuals to join in their mission of giving back and fostering unity within the community.
