Gr unding Grounding, also known as earthing, is balancing out the spiritual and physical energy in your body, by connecting yourself with the earth. When you are grounded, you feel like you are here, in the physical, in the present. To be grounded gives your energy a point of steadiness and you will feel clear, centered, strong and focused. Grounding is earthing our energy, allowing us to come back down to earth, get out of our heads, and back into our bodies. Grounding can help us to become more centred within ourselves. It enables us to take in information, make sense of it and process it with clarity.
Signs that you may not be grounded: Head in the clouds, dizziness, flighty, unfocused, overwhelmed, lapses in concentration, dissociation, dreamy, easily
influenced by others, unable to stand your ground and assert boundaries, scattered, forgetful, lack of understanding, repeating yourself, and lack of focus.
Grounding can help get rid of excess energy and "plug" you back into Mother Earth, balance out your energy, and get you back in touch with your physical body.
