I started my Reiki business in 2018 after experiencing a sudden urge to connect with Reiki. I ran my business on the side of my full time job with the Queensland Police. At the beginning of 2021 I made the decision to quit my full time job so I could focus solely on my Reiki business. By this point I had also expanded into Reiki training, teaching levels 1,2 and 3 Master Teacher.
Around this same time, my spirit guides started teaching me advanced healing techniques, which I put into practice during my Reiki sessions. After working with these advanced healing techniques for a year, I then created an Advanced Reiki Master training course so I could share these techniques with other practitioners.
At the end of 2023 I started a little side business called Timber & Ivy. On my days off I refurbish furniture and do woodworking. This helps me to switch off and feel grounded, whilst also giving me an outlet for my creativity.
