Nothing has revealed this so clearly as the 25th annual con­ vention of the National Religious Broadcasters which was held ear­ lier last year in Washington D.C. Dr. Eugene R. Bertermann, re­ elected to his twelfth term of president of NRB, reported that more than three hundred dele­ gates were in attendance. Fea­ tured speakers were FCC Chair­ man Rosel H. Hyde, Dr. Ben Haden, speaker for “ The Bible Study Hour,” Dr. Oswald C. J. Hoffman, speaker on internation­ al broadcasts of “ The Lutheran Hour,” and others. Dr. Ben Arm­ strong is Executive Director of the organization. Taking as its theme, “A Quar­ ter Century of Broadcasting the Gospel,” the annual awards of merit were presented to “ This Is The Life,” the Lutheran TV pro­ gram produced in St. Louis, and mission radio station E L W A, Monrovia, Liberia, a part o f the Sudan Interior Mission. A highlight of the conference was the workshop seminars which
