UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAMME
Reporting to the Managing Director for UPP Management, the Asset Management Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure that UPP’s estate is attractive to students in order to secure the budgeted revenues throughout the SPV concession period. Using a range of asset data and perception measures the post holder will produce clear asset management analysis to inform investment decisions across the portfolio to maintain high occupancy levels. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in leading the development and implementation of asset management strategies to ensure that an estate portfolio is fit for purpose to support an organisation’s objectives. You will have experience of developing business cases for the investment in an estate portfolio and a comprehensive understanding of commercial, programme, compliance and risk issues. It is essential that the appointed candidate possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills as a key aspect of the role is the capability to work successfully with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including University Partners. This is a key leadership role with significant impact across the business and will contribute to the integration, development and growth of UPP Management maintaining the highest standards in line with the Group’s vision, strategic aims and priorities.
