ECO-AGRARIANISM TAKES ROOT IN GROVELAND

Robin Maynard-Harris and her team at Libby’s Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation have served the South Lake community for nearly two decades. The foundation recently received a generous grant from the Live Well Foundation of South Lake. These funds, in collaboration with the City of Groveland’s Eco-Agrarian vision for the future, have helped launch Waterwell Farms, an Aquaponics Farm growing fresh produce in Groveland. Waterwell Farms produce can be found at the Farmers Market being held at Festival Park every Saturday Morning at 9 AM.“Groveland Grown” products from Local farms Offbeat Acres, Olive Isle Farms and Harrison Creek Farms can also be found.
