Members or Licensees individually in the manner set forth in subparagraph (a) above, and shall be payable to the Club in a lump sum upon a specified date, or in such other manner as the Board may designate. Charges . The Board or its designated representative shall determine from time to time the separate charges which the Club may make for individual services and for playing privileges. Such charges shall be published in the form of menus, fee tables and price lists supplied to the Members and Licensees or posted in the golf clubhouse of the Club, or both. Section 7.3
Section 7.4
Reimbursement and Enforcement .
Section 7.4.1 Reimbursement Charge . The Board shall levy a reimbursement charge against every Equity Member or Licensee whose failure to comply with the Club ’ s Articles, Bylaws or Club Regulations shall cause the expenditure of funds by the Club in performance of its functions. Such charges shall be limited to the amount so expended, plus interest at the maximum rate then permissible under California law from the date expended by the Club until paid, and shall be due and payable to the Club when levied. Section 7.4.2 Enforcement of Fees . Each amount charged hereunder as dues, or as an additional fee or charge (including charges incurred by Family or guests of an Equity Member or Licensee) for use of the Club Facilities, shall be a separate, distinct, and personal debt and obligation of the Equity Member or Licensee against whom the same is charged. In the event of a default in payment of any fees, the Club shall enforce each such obligation by such means as are provided in these Bylaws or as the Board may determine.
Article 8 Discipline
Section 8.1 Disciplinary Action . The Board shall have the power to reprimand, fine, suspend, terminate the membership of, or otherwise discipline any Member or Licensee for any conduct that, in the Board ’ s good faith opinion, violates these Bylaws or the Club Regulations, is conduct unbecoming a Member or Licensee, or is otherwise likely to endanger the welfare, safety, harmony, or good reputation of the Club or its Members. During a period of suspension, a suspended Member or Licensee shall continue to be responsible for all financial obligations but shall not have any Club privileges, including, but not limited to, the right to vote on matters submitted for a Member vote. Suspension Without a Hearing . The Board may immediately suspend a Member or Licensee prior to and pending a hearing, when it determines in good faith that such Member’s or Licensee’s conduct, if repeated or continued, would pose a threat to the welfare or safety of the Club or its Members, Licensees or employees, or that the time period involved in complying with the hearing procedure set forth herein would render such hearing procedure ineffective to address or prevent a recurrence of such Member’s or Licensee’s conduct within such time period or creates risk of liability to the Club. In such event, the suspended Member or Licensee shall have the right to a hearing within a reasonable time. The timing for the hearing may be shortened at the request of the Member or Licensee and if the Board schedule permits. The Board may also suspend or terminate the use privileges of any Family or Guest without a hearing whom the Board determines
