Choosing a university and understanding the application process can feel complicated for both students and parents. This guide has been created to support families in making informed and confident decisions about university pathways.

Our aim is to reduce uncertainty and anxiety by helping students identify options that suit their interests, abilities, and future goals. The right university is different for every student. It is one where they feel comfortable and supported, are academically challenged at the right level, and can grow both personally and academically. At ICS, around 80% of students choose to apply to university after Sixth Form. Of these students, approximately 60% apply to the UK, 11% to Canada, 10% to the USA, and 19% to Europe and other destinations. Our role is to guide students through these different systems and help them make choices that are right for them.
